Chief Executive Officer
Sharon Ali brings over 25 years of experience as a seasoned and accomplished business executive to her role as Chief Executive Officer of Prime Wellness. She has experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, including over a decade in the healthcare industry, and has worked with Fortune 100 companies including Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, and PepsiCo/Quaker Foods & Beverages.
Sharon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in marketing, business development, sales and strategic planning to this leadership role in the life-changing, growing medical marijuana industry. She is committed to making a difference and positively impacting lives with the legal and ethical use of medical marijuana.
In addition to many other awards, Sharon is a two-time recipient of the Frederick Miller award - Miller Brewing Company's highest award, named after its founder.
Sharon received a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Columbia University.
Natasha Strother Lassiter
Chief Operating Officer
Natasha Strother Lassiter brings more than 15 years of leadership, finance, operations and entrepreneurship experience in the food and beverage industry to her role as Chief Operating Officer of Prime Wellness. Most recently, she was Executive Vice President of Strother Enterprises, Inc., a minority- and veteran-owned contract food service company.
During her career she has been responsible for developing and leading several multimillion-dollar growth opportunities across diverse industry sectors including healthcare, sports and entertainment, education, transportation and corrections.
Natasha is passionate about contributing to the economic and social vitality of the Philadelphia region; she is a member of numerous boards and committees, including Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau PHLDiversity, theVillage, and the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce CEO Access Network.
Natasha holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Lafayette College and an MBA in finance from Temple University's Fox School of Business.
director of PRODUCTIOn
Brandon Miller is the Director of Production for Prime Wellness of Pennsylvania. He brings significant depth and breadth of knowledge, along with management expertise, to the medical marijuana space, based on nearly a decade dedicated to cultivation and breeding of the plant. Previously, Brandon served as the director of cultivation operations for Colorado Product Services, whose 44,000-square-foot indoor grow facility produces all of the product for the Mountain Flower, Double Black Extracts, and Mountain High Edibles brands. He also was the Director of Cultivation at Bedford Grow, where he was responsible for oversight and development of all production operations for the 80,000-square-foot cultivation and processing facility.
Brandon gained commercial experience early in his career in Colorado serving as a grow manager for VIP Cannabis's 25,000 square-foot facility and as a breeder and cultivator at Mindful's 40,000 square-foot facility. The former owner and operator of two hydroponic supply stores, Brandon has consulted on the construction and operation of many commercial cultivations throughout the state of Colorado specializing in custom fertilizer programs and applications with a deep understanding of operating in a regulated environment. As the Co-founder and Owner of B&B Grow Solutions, he is currently contracted with the state of Ohio as a subject matter expert in the field of marijuana cultivation.
Trevin George is the Extraction Manager for Prime Wellness of Pennsylvania. Trevin brings a variety of experience to his position, with previous roles including lab manager and lead extractor for Tozmoz, a production and processing plant. Here he specialized in product development, production efficiency, and consulting with other marijuana extraction start-up companies, as well as face-to-face client interactions. He was awarded Best Concentrate 2015 at the Oregon Medical Cannabis Cup. George earned a degree in environmental science, policy and globalization from the University of Oregon, with a minor in biology and chemistry.
John Watson is the Processing Manager for Prime Wellness of Pennsylvania. With over five years of harvest, trimming and processing experience in industry grows across the western U.S., John has developed systems to streamline tracking metrics that allow insight into productivity, crop yields and product availability. Prior to joining Prime Wellness of Pennsylvania, John was the Processing Department Supervisor and Trim Room Manager for Leaph in Washington State. He previously served as Harvesting Team Manager for Shear Solutions in Colorado. John is a graduate of the University of Florida.
Director of Security
A retired Major of the Pennsylvania State Police with three decades of experience as a licensed private investigator, Benjamin is a management consultant and founder of a consulting agency specializing in helping companies effectively implement their cultural diversity and inclusion programs.
As one of the first African Americans in the history of the force, he rose through the ranks to become the first African American Captain/Troop Commander. Benjamin later became the first enlisted Pennsylvania State Police member to head the Affirmative Action/Contract Compliance Division, in which he developed the sexual harassment policy and training program. He is a member of a multiagency task force that trains police and corrections departments throughout Pennsylvania in the ethnic intimidation laws relating to hate crimes.
A member of the National Speakers Association, the American Seminar Leaders Association, the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE), the Dale Carnegie Group, Benjamin received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Kutztown University in Pennsylvania.
Corey Burchman, MD
Dr. Burchman is a prominent expert in anesthesia and pain management. Having served as an instructor in anesthesiology at the Harvard School of Medicine and a Clinical Associate at Massachusetts General Hospital, Dr. Burchman is currently an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at the Dartmouth Hanover School of Medicine.
With dozens of journal article author credits, he holds a major interest in pain management research, focusing largely on opioid and cannabinoid applications.
Gilbert J. Fanciullo, MD, MS
A leading medical expert in anesthesia and pain management, Dr. Fanciullo has served as an instructor in anesthesia at Harvard Medical School and is currently professor of anesthesia at Dartmouth Medical School. He also serves as the Director for the Pain Management Fellowship at Dartmouth.
A practicing anesthesiologist as well, Dr. Fanciullo has held chair and board of director positions with the American Academy of Pain Medicine. With more than 50 journal article author credits, he holds a major interest in pain management research, focusing particularly on opioid and cannabinoid applications. He currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief for the International Journal of Medical Cannabinoids.
