Getting medical marijuana through PA’s Medical Marijuana Program involves four basic steps:
1. Register
Register for the program through the Medical Marijuana Registry on the Department of Health website.
2. Confirm
Have a physician confirm that you experience one of the qualifying conditons.
3. Pay
Pay for a medical marijuana ID card through the Department of Health website. You should receive your card via the mail within about a week.
4. Procure
Get medical marijuana from an approved dispensary in Pennsylvania.
